Justin Bieber Becomes Latest Celeb to Sign Up for Trip into Space

On Friday it was announced that Justin Bieber is to be the latest to sign up for a trip into space when Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic trips eventually become a reality.

The pop prince, along with his manager Scooter Braun were congratulated by Branson himself as he tweeted "Great to hear @justinbieber & @scooterbraun are latest @virgingalactic future astronauts. Congrats, see you up there!"

Bieber answered the tweet by saying  "I wanna do a concert in space". To this, NASA came to his assistance by saying "We can help you with that".

Coming along for the ride are actors Ashton Kutcher and Leonardo DiCaprio,both of which have already paid $250,000 deposits to take their trips. DiCaprio entered a £1million lot into the Cannes AmFAR Cinema Against Aids gala where a bidder won the chance to sit next to him during the flight.

Passengers on Virgin Galactic will be sent 62 miles up and will experience weightlessness for a few minutes.  

Kanye West Claims He is "Too Squeamish" to Watch Kim Kardashian Give Birth to their Child

As fathers-to-be go, egotistical rapper and self-promoting fashion designer Kanye West has done an extremely good job of being absent for a majority of his girlfriend Kim Kardashian's pregnancy. His unpopularity has grown larger recently after a US magazine revealed that the star could be missing the birth of his first child due to his fear of blood- how mature Kanye!

In Touch magazine said the reality television star will have to rely on  her army of E! production crew and her  gargantuan family to keep her company at the birth instead. The source also claimed "He won't physically be in the delivery room... He's very squeamish and doesn't want to be around blood".

To a lot of people however, West's excuses are wearing thin. After rumours of the pair spending little time together throughout the Kardashian's pregnancy, it seems the Touch the Sky singer is pushing for a move to Paris, which would mean that Kim would be nowhere near her close knit family and would be unable to continue filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Heat magazine reported: Kim [is] afraid Kanye will miss the birth entirely because he's so preoccupied with promotin his upcomin album.. [That is her] worst nightmare". 

With the baby due in June, a month that coincides with the birth of their first child, who knows what the future of Kimye will be. 

Rocky Hollywood Relationship: Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth

Despite this pair being destined for Hollywood happiness, it seems that after being more on and off than a light switch, singer and actress Miley Cyrus and fiancé Liam Hemsworth finally confirmed their split this week after dating for four years. 

The pair met on the set of The Last Song back in 2009,yet since announcing their engagement in June last year, turbulence has all but infected their relationship.  After brushing off rumours of Hemsworth kissing January Jones at an Oscars after party back in February, US Weekly magazine reported that a friend of Cyrus' told them the singer confirmed her and the Hunger Games actor were "done". Reasons as to their trouble have been varied, with one source claiming it was Miley Cyrus' partying and new image that has affected her behaviour.

It was further reported this month that although the couple are still living together, they are sleeping in separate rooms and have decided to postpone their wedding as well as attempting to gain couples' counselling. The strain of playing out their relationship seems to have taken its toll, and with Cyrus on the verge of a re-invention of her music career, a wedding seems to be off the cards. 

Yet amidst splitting rumours, Cyrus has been seen flashing around her 3.5 carat wedding ring during a video shoot on friday and even tweeted a picture of herself in a wedding dress last week. Are they on or are they off?!

The Hannah Montana star is due to release her eagerly anticipated single We Can't Stop on June 3rd with a source saying "They feel less stress and less pressure now. Miley can focus on her music".
